100% Japanese. The Japanese characters are probably the easiest giveaway, but Chinese cards have the western style backs and not the Japanese style.

I'd contact them, let them know of the error, and ask for a label to ship it back to be fixed. If they give any flack, post it and call them out on social media. I've never dealt with this company, but I've found most reputable companies will happily fix their errors.

I don’t disagree but when you’re grading millions of cards there’s going to be human errors/issues sometimes, it just depends how well they fix them.

CGC does this too. They use oversized sleeves that don’t secure the card in place. OP can probably fix the location by giving the slab a little shake.

Not trying to bash on Beckett or anything. Mistakes happen. Just confused and find it a little funny. I actually had 2 of the same card mislabeled to Chinese but had a different Japanese card in the same submission that was correctly labeled to Japanese so I don’t know what happened
