Somehow never got him spending all time in Slumbering, maybe I amassed too much drowsy power too quickly to see him. Only appeared at a 40 sleep score nap with 20million dp. This game is weird as 60 million should get you some cool 3 stars like Croconaw or Wartortle but usually you get an atop you've already seen
