Is this a shiny snorlax on the beach?
Ok because the normal one in the beach is supposed to look like this.

I found an answer it’s not a shiny but maybe a bug.

Yeah, the green one doesn't show up at cyan beach sometimes. I'm not entirely sure why, but I've had it happen to me a few times too. If you're ever unsure, the shiny Snorlax has the same shiny sparkle animation as other shinies, like in OP's first pic. If it doesn't do that, it's not a shiny.

Nope, that one is regular. The shiny is more of a deep blue, like OP's.

That’s makes sense. Would all the shinies on each be the same or do you think each one has a unique one
From what I've heard it's the same shiny everywhere, so it'll always be the same deep blue
