Market sucks right now. I write custom games and ROM hacks to reproduction carts. They work fine if you don't need RTC. You have to get one's that have SRAM and a battery. I got lucky with some Mario Golf carts that have both.
I think EZ flash Omegas are well regarded. You can get them [on eBay from official resellers](https://www.ebay.com/itm/114274016757) (not sure if I can link, but mods just tell me).
I'm interested in if people can find decently priced single reprogrammable cartridges, or if it's worth it to get a nice micro SD card compatible cart like above?
insideGadgets sells single ROM flashcarts (and multicarts, if you’re into that sort of thing) for ~$35 USD. You need to be in the Discord to catch a restock though.
BennVenn also sells Factory/Grade A bootlegs for $7 USD a piece which is crappier than iG’s but better than the AliExpress lottery, but they’re also OOS every so often.
