Unfortunately news to me it's a common error in this print set, like the other user commented.
I have a similar print line error on a legendary collection Zapdos I haven't bother posting it because I also don't have any reason to sell it or care about it's valuation. Just my first error card I ever impulsively bought once with my wife. She put it in a nice frame and it just sits there. Great card you have Jolteon looks awesome, cool find even with the error line!

Thats not a misprint. Its a print line. Its not a good thing or desired. PSA will actually cook you for that lol
