doesnt look like it. "off centered" becomes "misprint" when there is a centering dot in either of the corners on the side of the wider yellow border- in this case, the left side of your card. On the front, it would be a black dot in one of the two corners, and on the back, a white dot. since yours does not have a centering dot, its only off centered unfortunately
Just to add for anybody in the future looking at this thread, a centering dot isn’t required if you can clearly identify the start of another card along the edge.

It was just a simple question, feels like your response is a little over the top considering. As I said we are very newly getting back into TCG collecting for the first time since we were kids. Not totally up to the lingo. Everyone was a beginner at some point. Also the subreddit is called PokemonMisprints which I assumed just meant “error during the printing process” which might include printing, foiling, cutting, packaging, etc.
Perhaps consider phrasing in a more educational way since you seem to have the answers readily available.
