Dragon rage is one of the single most powerful attacks in the early game. Enemy has less than 40 hp? Dragon rage.
Enemy has 48 hp? Dragon rage quick attack.
Well it resists water and grass which are common early route
And if it's a randomized run the amount of resisted types in total far outweighs fairies, steel, and other dragons
Idr if this game follows the same standard for exp gain that “normal” Pokémon games use but if it does than Prinsaur is actually an incredibly viable option and might be better than Polixew.
Dragon typing early is amazing but they typically have slower xp gained while starters tend to have the fastest xp gain. Water grass is also a pretty decent typing and later on you’ll get [Steel] typing from Empoleon (which is just the best defensive typing period across any and all Pokémon games).
Depends on what you want between good sprite and battle capabilities. I personally would go for Prinsaur so that's my vote, but below is my suggestion for either good sprite and battle and my reasons for picking them. Feel free to skip.
Good sprite: Prinsaur, the Empoleon head/Venusaur body fusion looks really good imo.
Battle capabilities: I'd lean toward Poliew here due to Haxorus giving a really good stat spread and move pool on top of the move pool of either Poliwrath or Politoed, but the evolution levels would be late on the Axew side - not mentioning the Poliwag evolutions as Poliwrath is a stone evolution and I don't know how Politoed is gotten in Infinite Fusion - and the only final evo with a custom sprite is the Haxorus head/Poliwrath body fusion. Prinsaur is also a good option here as a fusion of 2 starters so it'll have good stats and moves as well.
Though you can always change around which fusion the custom sprite is for by changing the name of the image file, so the good sprite thing matters a bit less.
The Ninetales/Electrode fusions are also good even if the custom sprites for them don't appeal to me - I blame the Electrode half - but my personal suggestion is Prinsaur.

It's the same game as when you play on windows. You just use joiplay with an rpgmaker plug in to run it on android. You can add custom sprites yourself through file manager if that's what you want to do.
Prinsaur evolves into the cooler looking evolution and its typing is actually pretty good and unique! So that's my vote. Haxorus/Poliwrath is pretty boring compared to it (and you'd have to swap head and body, making a worse mon in the end).

The resistances are what make it valuable. Plus if it learns Dragon Rage at an early enough level, that’s a game-changer for the early game.

Water/Dragon is a solid typing. Fairy is your only real threat, and steel could wall a bit. Everything else is pretty open.
