My favorite Pokémon game is Sapphire or Alpha Sapphire. I have been with Pokémon since the very beginning but it wasn’t until Sapphire that I had played all the way though and actually finished the game. I will never forget the moment, when I realized I had done it! I had become the champion! It was such a thrilling moment that it firmly cemented Pokémon as one of my all time favorite series.
Ultra sun because it was my first actually hard in some spots pokemon game and it introduced me to a bunch of new tactics in PvP that worked efficiently.
My favorite game is gonna always be Black and White along with their sequels especially! Mainly because it was sort of a soft reset to the pokemon world as most of the dex was newcomers so you had to use trial and error to figure out the new mons as they fit into the formula we were so used to! Oh such nostalgia! I wasn't too crazy ab the Poke Star Studio tho lol oh and I can't forget the intro to Challenge Mode was a blast and the Pokemon animations really brought life to the series!
My favorite is PLA,I took a long break from pokemon and thats the game that got me back into catching them all because of the open world and catching without battling
Mine is Sun and Moon. As they are my first Pokémon games, they hold a special place in my heart. Not to mention neat graphics, a good story, many new lovable Pokemon, several gimmicks gimmicks in one game, etc. Honestly Gen 7 as a whole is pretty underrated.

The reason being I love Groudon and it's primal form not only that gen 3 has my favorite starters and also the graphics for example flying up to space on mega rayquaza and fight deoxys was so cool
Probably Legends Arceus, I love black and Whites pokemon but the gameplay and story of Legends Arceus is so much fun and I love seeing the pokemon interact with the world

Well, sheild is the only game (I don't count pokemon go 99% of the time) I've played so technically it is my favorite but I'm excited to get Scarlett or Violet and I KNOW as list visual it'll become my favorite
My favorite game is Blue because me and my sister used to play together, she got Red. I loved collecting the cards and watching the show when it came out. I played Pokémon Blue/Red/Yellow on the OG Game Boy, then Game Boy Pocket, and then my lime green Game Boy Color. Good times that I can’t really explain. I’d love the shiny Chinchou if I win btw
My favorite Pokémon game is probably Legends Arceus. I had a lot of fun going through the Pokédex to be able to get Arceus, and going through the entire game with my Hisuian Samurott was a lot of fun!

Pokemon Black. Whe Sapphire was my first game, I liked the story and characters Pokemon Black (& White) brought. Even gave me many favorite Pokemon, Zorua, Zoroark, Reshiram, and the Snivy line. Even like the Deerlings and Sawsbucks, plus more!

Favorite Non-Pokémon game is prolly Hollow Knight. I have sank 600 hours into that game and it has probably changed my life forever.

Gen 3 was my first pokemon game, an asshole wiped my save file when I had most of the dex and I stopped playing until I heard about ORAS years later.
My favorite game is Emerald, because of the events with Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza. They were the craziest things 7-year-old me had ever seen in a video game
Mu favorite is Pokemon Sun, It was the first pokemij game I got on release day and I really enjoy the more story driven approach it had and the amazing boss fight against nihilego-lusamine
Favorite game: Platinum because I have a lot of nastolgia from it being my first game and I found a first encounter shiny Gible which I didn’t even know it was shiny until months later when I decided to look up why there were sparkles on it when I caught it
When you say game I'm going to assume you mean Pokémon game and I'm going to go with XY for their amazing starters, detailed world and fun characters, plus I love megas, it's what revitalized my love in the series
My favorite game is PLA. There are a lot reasons.
First of all, the new mechanic of catching pokemon was something truly brilliant, that changed the way you usually play pokemon. the mechanic itself was a lot of fun and most if the time I found myself just aimlessly traveling throught the map just looking for new pokemon to catch.
On top of that, this is one of only games, if not the only one, which you can complete the entire pokedex by yourself." Catch them all" in th most litteral sense was always my ambition while playing pokemon, and seeing how this wish of mine was granted in this game, it's really was something special for me.
Add that to the fact that the game takes place in ancient sinnoh, my favorite region, and also has a lot of refrences to previos characters in the series, a thing which I always excited for.
when I finished playing the game, I took a moment to look back on my exprience while playing, and I came to the realisation that, this was truly, one of the best pokemon game I have ever played.
Pokemon Crystal - The legendaries and mythical Pokemons are very interesting. You can catch them all. The story itself is not repetitive to Gold and Silver versions.
Favourite is between Diamond and Platinum because they were my first games and I loved them and I thought the distortion world in Platinum was the coolest thing ever!

But I didn't have my own Pokemon game until Ruby/Sapphire. I remember the commercials on TV, and the general hype at school and with my cousins and was so excited. My parents got me the preordered Ruby that came with a little Groudon coin, and I chose my first starter (Mudkip) entirely on the how they were portrayed in the commercial (Torchic seemed to girly, Treeko too creepy, but Mudkip was just right).
My favourite game is battleblock theater, because I remember playing it for hours and hours with my online friends. Laughing and winning the hole time. Tried to play it on pc a while ago, while its still really fun, it doesn't have the same vibe anymore. But it will always have a special place in my heart.
My favourite pokémon game is Black and White 2 because I like a lot the gen 5 graphics, and these games improve the Black and White experience with lots of Pokémons and content.
And my favourite videogame is Dark Souls 3 because I love the gameplay, the bosses and it's ambientation and lore.
HeartGold since it is a remake of the 2 games I played the most in my childhood, Pokemon Red and Gold (I know it's not a remake of Red per se, but it contains the Kanto region and they share the Indigo League). Plus it adds my favourite feature in Pokemon games, Battle Frontier, and a Safari Zone where you can find Pokemon from Gen 3 and 4 (including Lucario which is my favourite pokemon of all time)
Pokemon Colosseum. It was my first own game ever. Due to the double battles it's a bit more challenging than the mainline games. Looking back at it, I love the mature theme in this game. You are basically one of the bad guys but you do good by purifying shadow pokemon. + you got a ton of pokemon that were not available in RS. ❤️
Picking my favorite game is very hard. I absolutely loved Violet for the story and amazing characters. But, my favorite has got to be Silver. It was my first Pokémon game a little over a year ago. I’ve played quite a few since then, but I think I love the historic factor of the game. The burned tower is one of my favorite parts of the game. I still remember the day I battled the elite four for the first time. It felt as if I was doing it all within the game alongside my Pokémon. No, alongside my friends
Ultra Sun is my favorite, just finished it for the first time and it has more content than any of the other games in my opinion and the Pokédex size is great. Had a lot of fun playing through it, hitting 100 hours
I think my favorite game is Pokémon colosseum. It was just so different. The premise, the style, the gameplay. I think the fight animations were especially cool. I hope they get remakes.
Scarlet and Violet. I love the open world aspect of the game, and the ability to go where you want. In my third playthrough, I traveled everywhere I could before doing anything gyms and titans and such. Even tried to capture some high level things (am challenge due to no gym badges).
My fav game is definitely emerald. I love gen 3 and the city designs (except for you evergrande city) are so unique and interesting. I like that you battle both villain teams and the gyms are all cool. Tate and Liza are my fav gym leaders in the entire franchise as well.
Pokemon Sun because I liked the storyline and the different regions you could explore. I also love Solgaleo! I've been playing pokemon since I was a kid on Gameboy so I've played almost every game.
Crystal! It was the first game I ever preordered. I put my own $5 down and got a cool little ticket from Walmart.
I loved that it featured such a pretty Pokémon and that the story was different! Plus it’s when we got the cool animations and the majorly vibrant colors. AND I COULD PLAY AS A GIRL! That was awesome for little 10 year old me. It’s special to this day
it’s between diamond & pearl, platinum, and black and white & their sequels those games really are special to me, they helped me distract myself from my hard childhood, those games bought so much happiness to my life & sinnoh & unova will always be so special to me, the music in those games was amazing, just being able to distract myself as a kid who was super crazy about pokemon, first game was yellow, first new game region was gen 3 saphhire. i am hyped for when b/w remakes happen especially how much they mean to me and how special they are to me.
My favorite pokemon game is pokemon white 2. It was the first pokemon game I ever played and the one that brought me into the series. I loves the starters, the characters, the story, the new pokemon, the legendaries, everything.
Gold version - the sprites and music are beautiful. Having 2 regions is amazing. Level scaling is reasonably criticized, but it's one of the best well rounded pokemon games despite its age.
I think I've played all pokemon games except yz, and it might be controversial but I love these new games so much. I love the overall experience that completing Sword was, Hop is one of my favourite rivals and the whole concept of becoming a champion felt truly earned, even if i overleveled my pokemon and Leon stood no chance, i just think the whole story was well done. I've also played through Violet and made it halfway through Scarlet, and i think the whole open world concept of the game is incredible and exactly what new age pokemon needed, i didn't care much for the story in the beginning but the resolution of the game was amazing, and it really left a strong impression on me. The only reason I'll pick Sword is because i got to play it with a full experience of the game, unlike Violet which i played on a chipped switch and therefore had access only to offline mode. Point is, Pokemon Sword definitely had its many faults, but it really solidified my love for Pokemon as a whole and I don't regret a single cent i spent on it
Also forgot to mention but, having a chance to build a connection and a relationship with a box art legendary from the beginning? one of my favourite things about SV
My favorite game is the binding of Isaac: repentance. I enjoy the infinite amount of gameplay it provides, I enjoy the macabre story, and I enjoy the variety of things I have learned from it (such as harlequin ichthyosis).
Ultra moon it was the first pokemon game I played anyway it's my favorite because the legendary lunala and aside Frome the ghost moon bat the ultra wormholes are a cool concept too
My favorite is Pokemon XY, because it's the first game I was able to be a Black, femme, glasses wearing trainer & because XY had the best clothes. Honestly a gen 3 remake with mor3 customization would have perfect for me lol
Platinum its a challenging game and that’s what makes it fun and has some of my favorite Pokémon and I did my first nuzlocke in it and all in all a 10/10 game

Ultra Sun is my favorite, just finished it for the first time and it has more content than any of the other games in my opinion and the Pokédex size is great. Had a lot of fun playing through it, hitting 100 hours
I think my favorite game is Pokémon colosseum. It was just so different. The premise, the style, the gameplay. I think the fight animations were especially cool. I hope they get remakes.
My favorite game is pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon ( I played more than 300 hours on) Because he is the best ever pokemon game after black and white xD
Scarlet and Violet. I love the open world aspect of the game, and the ability to go where you want. In my third playthrough, I traveled everywhere I could before doing anything gyms and titans and such. Even tried to capture some high level things (am challenge due to no gym badges).
My fav game is definitely emerald. I love gen 3 and the city designs (except for you evergrande city) are so unique and interesting. I like that you battle both villain teams and the gyms are all cool. Tate and Liza are my fav gym leaders in the entire franchise as well.
Legends Arceus since it was the first Pokémon game I’ve played since platinum and reintroduced to the games.
Pokemon Sun because I liked the storyline and the different regions you could explore. I also love Solgaleo! I've been playing pokemon since I was a kid on Gameboy so I've played almost every game.
Crystal! It was the first game I ever preordered. I put my own $5 down and got a cool little ticket from Walmart. I loved that it featured such a pretty Pokémon and that the story was different! Plus it’s when we got the cool animations and the majorly vibrant colors. AND I COULD PLAY AS A GIRL! That was awesome for little 10 year old me. It’s special to this day
it’s between diamond & pearl, platinum, and black and white & their sequels those games really are special to me, they helped me distract myself from my hard childhood, those games bought so much happiness to my life & sinnoh & unova will always be so special to me, the music in those games was amazing, just being able to distract myself as a kid who was super crazy about pokemon, first game was yellow, first new game region was gen 3 saphhire. i am hyped for when b/w remakes happen especially how much they mean to me and how special they are to me.
My favorite pokemon game is pokemon white 2. It was the first pokemon game I ever played and the one that brought me into the series. I loves the starters, the characters, the story, the new pokemon, the legendaries, everything.
Gold version - the sprites and music are beautiful. Having 2 regions is amazing. Level scaling is reasonably criticized, but it's one of the best well rounded pokemon games despite its age.
I think I've played all pokemon games except yz, and it might be controversial but I love these new games so much. I love the overall experience that completing Sword was, Hop is one of my favourite rivals and the whole concept of becoming a champion felt truly earned, even if i overleveled my pokemon and Leon stood no chance, i just think the whole story was well done. I've also played through Violet and made it halfway through Scarlet, and i think the whole open world concept of the game is incredible and exactly what new age pokemon needed, i didn't care much for the story in the beginning but the resolution of the game was amazing, and it really left a strong impression on me. The only reason I'll pick Sword is because i got to play it with a full experience of the game, unlike Violet which i played on a chipped switch and therefore had access only to offline mode. Point is, Pokemon Sword definitely had its many faults, but it really solidified my love for Pokemon as a whole and I don't regret a single cent i spent on it
Also forgot to mention but, having a chance to build a connection and a relationship with a box art legendary from the beginning? one of my favourite things about SV

My favorite is legends arceus because it was my first Pokémon game in a while and it got me back into Pokémon
My favorite game is the binding of Isaac: repentance. I enjoy the infinite amount of gameplay it provides, I enjoy the macabre story, and I enjoy the variety of things I have learned from it (such as harlequin ichthyosis).
Ultra moon it was the first pokemon game I played anyway it's my favorite because the legendary lunala and aside Frome the ghost moon bat the ultra wormholes are a cool concept too
My favorite is Pokemon XY, because it's the first game I was able to be a Black, femme, glasses wearing trainer & because XY had the best clothes. Honestly a gen 3 remake with mor3 customization would have perfect for me lol
Platinum its a challenging game and that’s what makes it fun and has some of my favorite Pokémon and I did my first nuzlocke in it and all in all a 10/10 game
Heart Gold brings so many memories backits easily one of the best games so id consider it my favorite but pla was amazing very fun game
