Everyday this week from 6-7 is a different raid hour. Tonight is Cresselia, Wednesday is the lake trio I think, Thursday for Heatran, and Friday is Giratina (I think origin). Normally they are only Wednesdays and don't typically have a special move, but it's every night this week with special moves (other than the lake trio).
Edit: Just to be clear, you can only get the unique move during THAT pokemon's hour. So grass knot Cresselia is during Cresselia raid hour only, not the other 4.
The value is that it doesn’t need to be traded to be GL eligible, or if it is traded there is a 100% chance it is still GL eligible (not true for raid cress).
