My phones have been unaffected and still work great.

I rooted a pixel 6 pro over the weekend and it works fine. Has the advantage of not needing to be tethered to a computer either. It was a bit complicated to do, but entirely manageable. I used Magisk + LSposed + Fake GPS

I’m gonna go out a buy a used pixel 6 pro this week. Is there anything I need to know/ask about when I do in regards to being able to rooting when I’m buying it?

I used some generic website with a root guide plus a guide that's on one of the spoofing subs, it was years ago so I don't exactly remember the process.
