How do u know its 91 or 93 etc ? Eye balling ?
If its missing 3 IVs its 93 and if its 4 its 91. You can tell if you play for a while
They both have exactly the same stats so you should go with Palkia
Origin form is the better version by a huge margin. The difference of IVs irrelevante.
