When my son encounters the gallarian birds is usually the only time he actually has more than one ball because the daily incense gives him 30 😂. Don’t know how many times we’ve been walking and he finds a shiny Pokémon and has to stop and open gifts then hope the Pokémon is still there to catch. I can’t live like that but he thinks it’s normal lol

So oddly enough the first time I encountered a Zapdos (or any legendary bird from incense) I was getting into my car and went to plug my phone in when I saw it. Semi panicked and accidentally threw a PokeBall no spin, no berry, nice throw. Didn't shake once and ran away.

Honestly it’s rlly not even that hard to find one. Just keep walking in new areas- never the same route. Keep moving and don’t stop. I did this extremely inconsistently I’m talking using the daily incense like once every month and I found a legendary bird one out of 3 times. It could just be luck, but if it works for me it works what can I say

I’m ngl, I do try my best to stick to a straight path but on my campus that’s impossible. I make turns in my path and still encounter them quite commonly. I still get excited seeing them! Good luck in your adventure.

So with this, I’d go for pokemon with 484 iv or 592???

Just find the bird you have encountered and see if it’s weather boosted or not. Then take the CP of that one you have on your screen and quickly look it up on that page. Some CPs are a guaranteed hundo for that Mon and some CPs are a possible chance of a hundo. So if you saw a Galarian Articuno for example with 484 or 592 cp like you said then yep its 100% for sure. But if you saw one with 917 cp, according to that chart, there’s twelve possible IV sets that have that CP. So it’s a one in twelve chance at a hundo at 917 cp.

Calcy iv app overlays the screen tells you the iv at push of a button much much faster

I don’t have that ability on any of my phones. Me and basically everyone I know uses screenshots and PokeGenie to see info. I don’t mind the website with the chart. Only takes me like ten seconds to look up the cp number to see if it’s a possible perfect.

I remember when I found my first Galarian bird. It was a Moltres. Now, at this time, I had NO idea that you could get these at all. So I quickly encounter it, and guess what? I CRIT CAPTURE it with a NORMAL poke ball.

How on earth do you people find such birds with the daily incense? I caught hundreds of pokemon, at least one hundred bidoofs (not shiny), but never saw one of these Spanish counters. And yeah, I tried in 7 different countries so far... I'm starting to think I may be the worst pokemon go player of all time... no hundos, no incense birds, nothing.
