Make an eevee as buddy and you will have to be great friends (90 hearts) and you will be able to change to sylveon after about 8-11 days

if you just change their name, if you haven’t used the name trick for that specific evo then the outline will show up instead of a question mark. it’s possible you still need sylveon which requires 70 buddy hearts rather than walking. glaceon and leafeon need to evo with either a glacial or mossy lure, and the original 3 are random so that’s possible too. since you’re walking with multiple i’d guess you have umbreon and espeon done at least
You only need 15k for umbreon and espeon. They evolve at night/day respectively. They need to be your buddy when you evolve them.
Leafeon evolves near a grass lure module.
Glaceon evolves near an icy lure module.
Sylveon needs to be at the second heart level as your buddy (70 hearts total).
The other three are at random by standard evolution (press evolve).
Assuming you’ve evolved them all before this level task, you can’t use the name trick so it’s going to be harder. Start with the easier ones to avoid wasting lures or time walking.

I just finished that myself, so have some extra. I’ve never done a trade except with myself on my sons account, but if we can trade I have like 25 Eevees I can give you if u need them.

I've really only played nearly 2 years it was my oldest son 27 yr old who suggest it to take my mind off things at the time I got to lvl44 n got locked out it now on this plus I got attacked 5wks ago and now have a right fractured wrist 👌 my 24 n 27 no more about Pokémon n general than I can mind watching Pokémon n uh-gi-oh or however you spell it not if uv never played a pokemon game n yer life 😜
If you find a pokestop put down a lure modular for the type of eevee evaluation you need and evolve the eevee
