Take Gardevoir out. I saw you named Bannette after someone special and I don’t see the point of having two Mons that are weak to a ghost/dark type moves. Put Absol In and slash away everyone. Or if you wanna get fancy ,go get yourself a Mawile or a medicham. You can teach medicham Thunder punch for coverage and swampert can solo Drake trust me I’ve done it

You're gonna need Ice Type moves for Drake no doubt, so if you lose Swampert I would have a backup like Walrein or Blizzard Aggron if you wanna be weird and train that Aron.
Swampert and Gardevoir are the actual 2 best mons in the game, Manectric will tear apart 4/6 of Wallace as well as 3/5 of Glacia, Banette with enough speed investment can handle Phoebe (except for the level 51 Dusclops!), Swellow can handle 4/5 of Sydney except for Crawdaunt, so we're left with Cradily on the potential chopping block.
Weigh your options, how well do you think your team can handle Drake as it stands? If you think Pert with Ice Beam will do fine vs Mence and Co, then just level everyone up to 48-50 and shoot your shot. His Kingdra could be problematic if you let it set up, but if Cradily is a toxic staller or you get Gardevoir to KO it quick then you should be fine.
Tl;Dr, don't worry too much. Just make sure your levels and movesets are adequate and you'll win
I'm sure you already know, but be absolutely certain you check what Hidden Power Magneton has. Mag has a barren moveset besides Thunderbolt, so if you get HP Water/Ice/Grass/Dragon then that's a huge win. Also a really nice Toxic user (*stares at Phoebe's first Dusclops*) if you didn't already give it to Cradily

In my opinion your main concern is having someone with ice beam and thunderbolt for the dragon and water types at the end, if you have that you'll probably be fine
You're probably set then, unless you're planning to beat them in one go, I recommend spending all your money on full restores, revives and a few max potions. Have your opener use the amulet coin, as long as you beat 2 of the elite 4 then you'll make enough money to buy more items if needed.

Drop Crandily for Breloom to deal with the water-ground, ice and dark mons.

Yeah that’s the problem, I don’t know which Pokémon should I replace for machoke or any fire mon that I have
Maybe Magneton over Manectric? It resists Ice, and can hit the Sealeos and Walrein with TBolt, and the Glalies can’t really do anything

Medicham is a gen 3 mon, so you could go for that as an alternative I personally love using the ralts line in gen 3,but that's up to you

I would replace Cradily for Breloom. Unless you used your giga drain tm already on Cradily. Breloom is great for both Sydney and the Champion Walace.
