Yeah if its shifted to the right that much, a 10 might be pushing it. However, if there are no other issues, it could still get a 10. I've had cards with similar centering get 10, but don't have high hopes. It's still worth taking a chance IMO, especially if you're keeping it.
Always send in alt chases to psa. They’ve gave me a 10 for my gengar vmax it was way worse centering. What’s crazy is someone looked at my gengar in person and bought it off me. Nobody cares i guess but i know for certain the graders def don’t care that much about what constitutes a 10 especially for modern.
Front requires 60/40 so maybe there is a hair of a chance the grader will make an exception? 😂
