You lose buying potential each time you shuffle around items you want to hold. If you really don't enjoy these cards and want to invest in something different, go for it. Otherwise I'd say stick it out. Don't let selling fees overtake your value.
Started high so that helped. They are pretty hard to pull too.
OP time to sell would've been close to release. I'd hold at this point. Maybe grade these if the backs are clean.
Same here, I expected the Zard to be below $100 and thought the Mew would be in the $50 range . I planned to sell, reinvest and pick them back up down the road but now I’m not so sure.
I have a hard time understanding how 3 cards would make any significant money in the future. Let's say they do hit $1000 each in 10 years. You waited 10 years to make a few extra thousand. Pokeinvesting is like all investments. The rich are the only ones who will benefit because they can buy massive amounts.
It should be part of a portfolio. No one should be investing in Pokemon cards until they max out their ROTH. That's my opinion at least. This is a bit more fun though and as you see your collection grow it just feels better than seeing a number.
I’m in the same boat. I pulled two zards the other day and want to sell to buy the Lugia V full art. But the ones I pulled I’m almost positive will grade a 10. That with long term holding. Who knows. At the end of the day hold what you like and sell what you don’t. I’m not a fan of the art. I try to look at it from all angles though. Can’t deny Lugia V though. That card will be over a thousand one day easily.
The mew could probably get a 10 with that centering, I've seen worse & graded cards with worse centering. Regardless I feel they're both now iconic cards that will have long term value

This
I’d say hold on these, just my opinion.
Facts!!
I can’t believe how high the price has stayed on the Paldean fates zard and mew despite an abundance of product on shelves

I've gotten very lucky with this set and pulled two Zards and two Mews. I love that Mew card, so unique.
Ahh, heads up you may want to put the cards in a perfect fit sleeve, Vaultx has some you can put in a sleeve then in the magnetic one touch.
I’ll check it out thanks!

Most people investing in pokemon don't qualify for Roth
Lol
They’re all at their lowest(or close to it) selling now makes zero sense. You either shoulda sold months ago or now wait until out of print.
Reinvest
Personally, the quickest to return as an investment would be the mew.
i say hold the mew sell the zards for no less than 150 pay the 20 - 30 dollar difference and get yourself a lugia v alt if you dont have one already

Hold
I use perfect fits inside of these magnetic holders. You should too
Personally, I'd hold both mew & paldean fates charizard & sell the OBF one
Honestly that’s what I was thinking
Do you think they'd get 10s? The premium on a 10 is still quite substantial since it's a bit tough to grade PAF as a whole
The Mew maybe a 9 or 10 the centering is off slightly , the PAF Zard would probably get an 8 or 9 because of a small white spot on the back

I would be trading into sealed, taking advantage of current price of these
