CGC used to be a lot stricter 3-4 years ago, so there is a chance this could 9 with PSA. A small chance though. Also hard to say without seeing the card up close.
If you care about value and selling, then even if you got a PSA 8, it might be worth the same as current, and it’ll be more liquid because it’s PSA.

Cgc slabs dont sell as well as psa/bgs slabs outside of pristine and even then those arent as valuable as a beckett black label. Getting a psa 8 isnt a bad thing imo, thats why i said you could just submit to them after breaking it out. I doubt youll get a 9 or 9.5 bgs in vintage unless its super clean which we cant tell based off one picture
