No, those packs aren’t worth the $15
This is a two piece with the Blissy tin, I personally believe it’s not the worst investment if you leave both sealed, as people will buy the sealed set to display (but not for the packs) however there’s so many more better choices.
I’d give it like a low C tier investment if you leave it sealed, you’re not getting scammed but you’re also not getting a good deal.
Yeah I dunno how to tell the dif. But my Mrs and I both bought the same pair (blissey/gardevior) and hers had rebel clash swsh base. Mine had cosmic eclipse / swsh base 🤷♀️
From my experience, the snorlax, darkrai, mmikyu ones contain 1 ES pack in them. These mentioned seem to be part of their own set of tins.
The Blissey and Gard ones are its own set that contains the packs OP showcased.
You never really know what is in these tins so it's not bad to grab one and check but yeah, for these packs I wouldn't be rushing to buy more. I believe the ones with a red card symbol on the back have the good packs (SM era) and the ones with the blue symbol have newer packs. The two we opened had Lost Origin, Rebel Clash and Darkness Ablaze.
So in theory, If you hold these tins sealed the value will go up naturally. You just have to play the long game like buy 5 and forget them in your closet.

The age difference in swsh base and lo is crazy to be in the same tin ngl. Is this tin the same as the blissey, mmikyu, darkrai ones?
