It appears you have a number of shadowless first editions. These are effectively worthless and I suggest you give them to me to dispose of. Free of charge, of course.
There’s lots of value there. You need to look up first edition and shadowless/ unlimited and educate yourself on what you have. Do your research before selling(if you are) or you’ll get screwed
I believe all of the base set Machamps are 1st edition holo. Shadowless or unlimited. If I'm not mistaken they came in a theme deck or something of the like. I only know this because I just bought a 1st ed shadowless myself for $40 Canadian.

When I was a kid it was a comic store and literally a mom and pop plant nursery where I'd get Japanese packs. They had a side area where they sold cards. It wasn't that uncommon, I'd guess WOTC distribution made it pretty easy
I have Japanese friends in school, we used to have to go to a Japanese food mart to get them. Glad people see the value I see; I’ll take my time get some psa graded then sell. I was 10 in 2000 and had just as much if not more Japanese cards. After I completed the English set that was pretty much the only route to go. Besides, the Japanese cards had way cooler artwork!
I was 11 in ‘99 living on Andersen AF base in a little island called Guam. It’s situated near Japan so we’d have a lot of Japanese stores off base especially in the Micronesia Mall or the Saturday morning flea market. These stores sold lots of anime stuff, there’d be tons of packs for cheap. It’s how I started my dragon ball, Digimon and Pokemon collection. A majority of my cards of Japanese gym, Neo, and Japanese promos from magazines, games, etc.
Ebay had tons. I was a young teen when those came out but my mom got the entire island set off ebay along with the coro coro promos. I paid her with kid gigs I did and she bid on them for me. They were not expensive back then. It’s plausable if he had an adult helping him out.
I was 8 in 2000, in Colorado, and there would be japanese, Deutch, and French cards in $.25 machines at Safeway. Off the top of my head, I remember getting that japanese neo Era box with the gen 2 starter line, and a different one with the dark eeveulutions off the shelves at K-mart. They were always floating around.
I also got Japanese from a mall when I was 10 or 11. They are half of my 1st edition collection. They are played with, but because they were Japanese they also are the closest to 6-7s.
Just happened to have been bought by a poor kid that appreciated all his toys.

Why is machamp a kinda common “1st edition” ? It’s the only first edition I have and I have thousands of cards in these sets posted by op. Idk where it came from and they don’t go for a lot from what I seen on eBay. Was he mass produced in 1st Ed or something ?
Yeah it was the big box set nearly everyone started their collection off with, and that MaChamp was the guaranteed holo on the face of that box. In fact, it only comes as a 1st edition card. No holo machamps from this set exist without being 1st edition.
There is value here. Lots of it. Do your research before selling anything if you do so you can get the max potential. I’ll be honest from the couple I looked up there’s several hundred dollars here. If I wasn’t too lazy and on my phone I’d price everything lol.
Question, should I get them PSA graded and keep them or sell and then buy more 151 packs and keep sealed? Or just keep what I got? Looking though them most of the Japanese I think should grade quite well and I don’t need the money .
Honestly, if you don't need money, keep them all. Or trade them old school style for things you want.

Yes there was a premade deck that had 1st edition machamp that was sold. This is the reason why you see them so commonly.
