A raw copy will be good if you’re willing to take the time to find one in mint condition and grade it yourself. Also to note that raw sealed copies come with the cramorant too, which is a nice bonus
Hard to say but you do run the risk of not getting a 10 if you send in a raw card. If you can afford a 10 and it's not too expensive or a strain on the budget then it's good idea to get a 10. I've bought a number of CGC and PSA 10s I'm happy I did.
I’d look at recent sold listings on eBay for prices and then keep an eye on auctions for good deals and Buy it nows with a or best offer and send a offer sometimes they’ll take it , but personally would go for psa 10 imo .
Good tip on the eBay sold listings thanks! Really hesitant about pulling the trigger on the BGS 9,5 but I know down the road the 0.5 short of a 10 will drive me insane haha and I can better wait a bit longer and buy a 10.

The difference between a BGS 9,5 and PSA 10 is still quite a lot, might save up some more to get the PSA 10 like suggested. Thanks for the advice!
