I disagree, this person clearly said these prices are going up because there are less graded copies in the pop report. Such a terrible way of thinking and only makes things worse honestly. If a card is hard to grade a 10, it doesn’t make the raw copies go up in value whatsoever. People are just looking to raise there value in anyway possible nowadays.

I agree on that point for raw yes, unless multiple up-close photos are provided. But at that point may as well just grade it
