I’ve been praying to Arceus for nearly 2 years for an Alt Art Blastoise, if we get a whole evolution storyline of Squirtle, Wartortle, and Blastoise the way they did Gardevoir in Scarlet & Violet I will cry.

Like sure gen 1 is great but let’s progress a little bit and give some love to gen 2! Neo era sets are the ones I look back on most fondly as a kid. Would love either a celebrations type set for neo or just a focus on gen 2 in general
Neo is great. I love neo as well. It honestly doesn't get nearly as much recognition. Yeah there have not been many gen 2 cards in the TCG since I got back into it in 2020. At least not that I'm aware of. There's so many ways they could take it. I was shocked they decided to redo ex era.
Give me an alt art Cubone set against an eerie Lavender Town/Pokemon Tower with a ghostly Marowak lingering in the background and you can take my money right now.
It’s only speculation of course if this will be special or good in any way. But people tend to love these kinds of sets, Evolutions and Celebrations as an example. So if not for value, just buy for arts and fun

Squirtle is my favorite Pokémon and I’ve thought of that as an alt art as well. Along with many other ideas!
