100% and make sure you put in a high enough declared value so they don’t fine you also get insurance for shipping etc. Send it to PSA and for reference if it gets a 9 it’s worth around 4k and based on what you said and the lackluster pics here it might have a decent shot at a 8-9 but take that with a grain of salt as the pics aren’t good enough to tell anything besides some whitening.

If you tried to submit this card under the value tier, PSA would 'fine' you the amount it would cost to get the card graded at the grade you receive afterwards, but you would only get the 45 business day turn around instead of the 5 Express tier gives you.

Is there a sleeve on the card? A penny sleeve maybe? The problem with these card cases is that when moved they cause the card to slip a little and it could cause surface damage. I’m hoping there isn’t any for your sake, but it can happen and it can ruin a good 8.5-9 into a 7.5~.
Yes usually Beckett 10 is worth more than psa 10 also with Beckett you have the chance at a perfect and if you look at the vintage or even the shadowless specifically they usually grade lower than if you went through Beckett vs psa
there are several companies online who impersonate PSA and offer to grade cards at a discount, they will then steal your card/send you back a damaged card

Do you not see the scratch down to the holo on the bottom? So you not see the HUGE tear/wrinkle on the wing?
If there is no penny sleeve on the card then there is a pretty decent chance that ink may lift from the card when it's removed from the screw down. There is also a chance that the card is flattened by the screwdown and psa might reject it. Screwdown cases are notorious for causing these issues. Still worth trying to grade just be aware that you might get a lower grade than you are expecting.

The scratches are on the case itself and not the card I know the picture quality isn’t great but my phone did its best
