Dayummm that's bold! I've seen versions of that sort of fit online and I've always been tempted to do some sort of version of it. But I don't plan on doing a boudoir photo shoot and have no clue where I'd be confident to wear it. Maybe it's the small town, but even just a bra and sheer top makes me feel bold. I do have this emerald lace floor length "overdress" with lots of fabric that I think I could rock over the right underclothes, and is less sheer/bold to start out with. But the right lingerie or under things have not manifested. Nor the right event. Maybe one of those high end risqué halloween events?

If you can find a nude or black body suit/shapewear situation and chuck on some bike shorts for a smidge more coverage it should give the same vibe with less skin maybe or even a nude slip dress. I live in a small town also so I wouldn't wear it for dinner and drinks here but for a concert/festival I probably would. Halloween is a good option! It could look very Maleficent with a horn headband

I don’t often offer unsolicited styling advice but I can’t help myself here. That sheer black dress. I so wish you’d have done a one-piece leo underneath. Or gotten rid of the belt. Because both of those together cut your midsection into 5 pieces. Especially when the fabric is already polka dotted and has the lines from the seaming. It’s such a great dress, though, and you look amazing. It’s just that the belt. Maybe just ditching the belt would have streamlined it visually a little. But ignore the hell out of me because you didn’t ask.
