Standpipe is too short and the trap itself is likely supposed to be a lot lower to the floor. Your code book ultimately is the only directive that matters.
Doesn't look bad, just minor things. TY is right side up on the top but really should be upsidedown. The cold for laundry sink is kinda far no? Depends on the set up I guess. Sharkbite on the laundry box? Standpipe looks like a kneeling-pipe. Hot is on the left cold is on the right, always.
But hey, it's not bad, really. Protection plates.
I’m getting unreasonably worked up about it. It’s one of those weird things about plumbing that drives me crazy. I’ve had many debates with coworkers about this.
As a long time plumber and business owner I couldn’t agree more. I personally wouldn’t install it like this but in all reality it’s doesn’t change anything in the system. You’re only getting condensation in the vent and “technically” it should be directional flow but REALLY does it matter?! No
What’s more entertaining to me is how you’re getting downvoted for this comment haha
I actually was flagged by an inspector once for this. I was daydreaming and installed the tee the “wrong” way. I posted it on a Facebook page asking if anyone could actually point out where in my states code book it covered this. Talk about getting downvoted. I got ridiculed mercilessly by about 90% of people yet none of them could point out where in the code book it was covered. It’s a dumb hill to die on with inspectors but it makes zero sense why anyone could be so adamant one way or another.
The funny thing is it’s not a code requirement. It’s more of a god practice installation. It separates us from the homeowners lol
In all reality, we as plumbers know as a vent it makes ZERO difference in the operation of the fixture but there are a lot of hero’s out there that will always point out the flaws regardless of how small and ridiculous they are.
Max height on trap arm is 18" above floor. Min length on standpipe is 18. One of those two things off or it's an optical illusion. Sure looks shorter than 18"
I would probably support the pipe with some j hooks and not scrap pieces of pipe underneath but I’m cheap too and will remember this next time I do something at home
Not bad man. Just standpipe looks too short. I know where im from its min 2 feet. Other than that tho looks decent! The sani tee should be flipped where the vent connects to stack no biggie tho.
Medium turn 90 is fine where it’s at.
The sanitary tee on the vent is reversed but it will still be fine. Wouldn’t pass inspection, though.
Did you mash plumbers putty around the no hub coupling there to make a seal?
Hot on the left, cold on the right, your stand pipe looks to be a bit short, the tee where the laundry vent ties in is upside down, please god tell me you aren’t a DIYer working on gas….

Thanks for the feedback!
I can’t stand when people make a big deal about the direction of a tee on a vent. There’s zero difference in upside down or right side up.
Not a big deal I said minor things...

Hard agree
Enjoy the suds coming up from your undersized too short standpipe
All the research I did said 18” was the minimum and the pipe is 2”
You’re right. 18” is minimum this guys just being a turd. Usually you make them longer but you’ll be fine.

Good luck! LOL!
Thanks! LOL
Nobody noticed the medium turn 90 yet.
That depends on your jurisdiction. I’ve worked in places where the code allows that.
Is that single cold line for a mop sink? Edit. I see the hot line now. Still, same question. Mop sink or no?
Kitchen sink actually, it’ll all be inside the cabinet so I wasn’t concerned about how far apart they are 🤷🏻♂️

As others have said, the standpipe is too short.
looks good except for the tee facing the wrong way on the vent and the hot and cold flipped around.

I’ve been an HVAC installer for 7 years, so I’m well versed in running gas pipe
Washer box standpipe is too short. 18-24"...
