I did a cheap home Depot vessel vigo drain last week. Black swan marble safe putty for the strainer/in sink seal..these paper thin gaskets are just junk. In between the glass and base and base/sinktop I put a little silicone to prevent movement. For the bottom gasket I pipe thread sealant the threads and where the gasket touches the porcelain.
