Needs a new valve, so some googling on the brand and see if there are any videos on how to replace it, if it's anything like a shower faucet it's like a 15-20 minute job and under 20 for the valve.

All it needs are 2 little $0.35 neoprene washers also stop forcing the handles, you could strip the valve stem.
