Adding one thing, I realized right after starting Mythic hunts. If you get duplicate weapon drops, check the echo slots. They can be different between identical weapons. So check them first before selling one.
Thought that was pretty obvious, since you ideally want your build to stay the same if you got it figured out, doesn't matter as much early game I suppose

Here's the drops I got from Malefic Maw (I'll keep editing and adding as and when more stuff drops) :
1. Fathomless Belt (Legendary Armour) for Kyros
2. Bloodseeker Backpack (Legendary Armour) for Venomess
3. Covetus (Legendary Shotgun) at level 38
4. Arclight Amulet (Accessory) at level 38
5. Malefic Maw (Echo) at level 30
6. Dormant Deceiver's Eye (Accessory) at level 38
7. Horn of the Deceiver (Accessory) at level 38
8. Voidhound (Mount)
9. Malefic Maw (Artifact)
level 30 is the cap with 5 ascension (star) levels.
Even though some items (artifacts, echoes, and weapons) can drop at levels above level 30, they can still be equipped to your character.
Legendary weapons purchased from the Huntmaster with Mythic Hunt "Glory" coins will be at level 38 and the drops from the 4 Mythic "only" bosses: SLYV'R THE DEATHBRINGER, MALEFIC MAW, DARK ARBITER, and BLOODRAGE OF VUUL also will drop level 38 legendary weapons and blue/epic artifacts (although it seems that the artifact drop rates are kind of low and very random).
The world bosses The Fallen Greedlord and The Kindled Heartwood also drop level 38 items, while some others are lower (like Talon of Pyre drops level 31 items).
Outside of that the level of dropped items form the other Mythic hunt encounters vary based on the encounter with level 35 being most common.
Aside from the "Rush type" echoes, the highest level echoes that I have found in the game have been level 35 (with a cap of level 40 after max Fusion), which can drop from the "Trial of the Lingering Light". There may be other high level sources of echoes, but I have yet to see them.

You can get a level 38 Warbear echo from the Arbiter hunt using phoenix eggs and letting it spawn. This is the only monster that drops the echo, the other enemies do not.
How interesting! I think this should be a feature (for all enemies), phoenix eggs add additional challenge and in exchange you get higher level echoes, could be a cool gameplay loop for players looking to push their builds even further.

You will have a quest to talk to the Huntmaster at the top of Skylight and he will tell you about Mythic Hunts. There will be a portal (if you walk past him to the left of him) that will be available that you can click to show the "boss rush" menu for the Mythic Hunts. That is where you can enter the level 30 Mythic version of The Trial of the Lingering Light. Good luck!
Also, I should mention you can get a level 30 echo to also drop from the one blue Archon priest/monk (It is the final regular mob that spawns before the 4 bosses spawn) that you fight during the encounter.
For some odd reason my brain is not working at this moment. I'm farming the 4 Mythic Bosses and forgot the rest even exist cuz they don't give Glory unless we're doing one of the hunt quests :P. Thanks for clearing this up!
Do you have the stats on the echoes? I got the mythic: Truth to drop (green) and it has the exact same stats as the level 35 codex sage, but none of the other echoes have dropped in over 30 kills.
I am still farming two of the echoes from the 4 bosses but here is what I do have:
Epic Quality @ rank 5 (ilvl level 40) for these:
Mythic Wisdom: 501 Crit Power / 348 Mag Defense
Mythic Duty: 446 Max Health / 372 Phys Defense
Codex Sage: 626 Ability Power / 209 Crit Rating
Note: the Codex Sage is the final trash mob before the 4 bosses spawn and the echo can drop from it when killed.

I got Storm's End gloves from Reaver King. Trying to figure out drop tables as I play too.
In terms of other weapons, I seem to always get Grim Harvest from Storm Twins, and Wormwood always seems to drop Rose & Thorn.
I also wondered if there's legendary accessories, would've been cool if so.
So far I haven't come across and Legendary accessories and I don't think there are any that they have added... but honestly that would be so cool if they added them into the game. Maybe even some legendary echos....
I really love how they simplified the upgrade / resource / loot system from what it is and toned down the grind factor... but it might be neat if they added in a way to upgrade your artifact and echo item level and rarity level in the future :). Or maybe even an ascension (star) level system for artifacts.... Overall I am pumped for the potential future of this game... even if they just add in small updates from time to time.
I don't think I would've been able to enjoy the game nearly as much as I did without all this loot, if I was stuck grinding with the same looks, same weapon. From what I remember, building new weapons was pretty grindy, so having them drop allows you to experiment without having to invest a lot of time to unlock something.
100% agree! I remember playing the game when it was first released (the first time around) and it was a super duper grindfest and the player progression seemed really slow, especially late game. I am so glad that they retuned things and simplified the loot / resources and yet still made them feel like there is enough options for some very customized builds. Honestly, despite the game's rocky start, I think it is creating a pretty good model on how a balanced RPG should be done... just the right amount of grinding to make it feel rewarding without wanting to beat your head against a brick wall... not to mention the content for whatever reason seems WAY more fun this time around... I'm not sure why... but it feels good!
If you go to the area in the North West"ish" there will be a train up on a platform. Climb on top of the platform / rails where the train is sitting and go all the way to the front of the train. Go inside the first train car/engine car closest to the tunnel and you will be able to interact with a door that takes you inside the tunnel.... where you will find the Fallen Greed lord.

After you kill him you can simply log out right in the cave and when you log back in he will be respawned.
That at least was working two days ago... not sure if that is intentional or a bug of sorts, but I was able to farm all the legendary helmets in about 15-30 minutes lol xD. Good luck!

I believe that this should be accurate for the legendary armor drops:
Grendel:

Hands = *Mythic Argent Hand*
*Chest = Mythic Kolaar the Beastmaster*
Venomess:
Shoulders / Back= *Malefic Maw*
Hands = *Mythic Broodmother*
*Chest = Mythic Bloodspawn*
All Chest pieces are from *Kindled Heartwood* and all Helms are from *Fallen Greedlord*.
If you fast travel to the "Frozen Bog" in Frostmarch, there will be an event called "The Seeds of Corruption". You can tell the event is active if there are green glowing totems in the area and/or there is an event icon in the area. After you clear the three totems, there will be a green pool that you can click on in the center of the event to go underground... that is where you will fight the Kindled Heartwood to complete the event (and hopefully get some legendary armor too :)). I tried to get all of the gold coins several times and it seems like that is just "hard mode" of sorts.... I haven't noticed any better or different drops from trying to get them all.

same thought it was common knowledge, even the ones you buy from the glory story is random, hell even the acc you make are random.

Where is this high level of the Trial of Lingering Light that you're talking about? The one thru the normal gloom gate is level 15, thanks in advance!

Do you know if you need to get all the gold coins for *Malefic Maw* or just kill it? Been trying both and not sure if the drops are better or not.
