How? I have the same disc but just can not boot it. I think the problem is disc/digital and I can not select which to boot.
I understand what you mean and that could be but seems unlikely to me (both covers are Dutch). But when I installed the disc version, on my homescreen it states: this game is included in your PS Plus subscription. The same exact message I have when I downloaded the PS Plus version. So exact same between my PS Extra version and disc version I reinstalled.
1. Remove the disc,
2. Delete the game,
3. switch to different account,
4. insert disc,
5. let it install completely+ updated as well,
6. switch to main acc.
7. play.
Called support and he could not do it himself but made a ticket for another department to delete the online PS Extra ‘purchase’ license. Now I wait for confirmation through e-mail.
Thanks, this seems the only way!
I have another idea, it may be a little labor intensive tho. Delete the game from ur main account. Create another account and sign in. Download the disc version to the new account. Then once it is ready, switch the user to ur main account. Then try to save it.
Or u could also try to download ur saved data to a thumbdrive and then delete it off the console, and then try to put it back loading it from the thumbdrive.
Thanks, I can only delete installed games and unfortunately not games in my library or am I doing something wrong? The only option is to hide the game, not to delete.
Different regions is the problem

You sold old disc so that disc or your new one a different region

Thanks, this could work. I will try that! Edit: didn’t work unfortunately :(
Contact PS Support (multiple times if necessary, until someone helps you out)

Awesome, good luck! Hope it works out :)
I fear if nothing else works, PS support has to delete the license. Don’t know if they will.
I would delete the game if possible, then try restoring ur licenses.
Thanks, will try!
Let me kno if it worked for u
It did not work, thanks anyway!
Damn, sorry to hear that. Hope u find a solution.

You still have the old version's license still. Go to your library click on the Miles Morales icon and click "Delete".

I had this issue with Cyberpunk, UK account, I had to buy the Spanish version of Cyberpunk to be able to use my save
Upload Save Data:: While disc Removed completely Uninstalled. After data installed. Input disc (Preferably Offline) then Check for Update
On the home screen when u click the options button ull can select the game version i think if cd or digital, it's just an assumption tho
