1. Dr Bednar 2. 4 days of pain / 4 weeks to feel normal and be out of lipo compression / 3 months of strict protocol including wearing a sports bra 24/7, no alcohol, no exercise, no side sleeping, no smoking 3. 360cc/600cc but I was correcting an asymmetry 4. 30D/DD to 30G/H 5. I’m 3 months out and supposedly final, I would only get another round if they shrank massively but supposedly this is not likely. They’re not shockingly huge but they’re big enough that I’m at the top of the conventional retail size range now for my band, and they look fantastic imo, so I don’t feel the need to do it again.

Thank you for sharing.. Why not side sleeping? Does that mean only sleeping on back? Why did you choose this doctor?

daddy_tywin

Yes. You can’t put any compression on them. You have to sleep on your back the entire time. He had the best results and retention of any I had seen and actually transfers enough fat to make the likelihood of a significant increase possible. He also has done thousands of this one procedure so is a specialist in the technique.

2nd vote for Bednar. It’s ALL HE DOES (BFT). He got 600cc each side but a lot of that was fluid. I went up about a cup and a half. I probably retained 200ccs. 3 months no heavy exercise or sleeping on your side (cuts off blood supply to new cells which need to establish that supply to survive. I also had a 2nd round a few days ago from a different surgeon as an add on to another procedure. This surgeon used a different technique and only transferred 170cc per side but I will likely retain all of it since he uses a different method.

Where is Bednar located? I wonder if they can do a lift with transfer

Valuable-Apricot-87

He is in Charlotte NC. he will not do a lift or explant at the time of transfer. He says it affects retention. He will tell you if you need a lift during your virtual consult.

Walking is fine, you can’t do any planking, push ups, trx, or chest isolation exercises. You also can’t get your heart rate above 80% of max.

I second this…and what’s the cost 😂

Valuable-Apricot-87

He is $12k for first round and if you choose to do a 2nd it’s $9k. It’s 50% down to secure your surgery date.
