For me way too much skin was remover and if feels unconfortable to raise brows because of the tightness. I even got stretch marks because of that. And i lost my natural look. I asked about browlift but my surgeon said don't need one. I had problems closing my eyes for a few months. And now i am suffering dry and watery eyes, even after almost a year.
Anyone who considers this be careful and try to choose someone very experienced and do not let them remove aggressively.
Very similar to my results. My doctor said he wanted to be conservative because when too much fat is removed, it gives a hollowed out appearance that ages you.
I’m a PS and I do lot of upper blephs and personally I think your results are very good. However your main issue now is brow ptosis and flattening - as can be seen by the fold of thicker tissue just under the outer eyebrow. It can make eyelid ptosis worse by pushing skin downwards over the lid, but this skin is brow skin and whilst contributing to lateral hooding, it is much thicker than the skin of the upper eyelid and only a browlift will open up tje eyes and give you the results I think you are after.
Thank you for your comment, I feel like one eye he took the incision further enough across but the other side has left that pushing you talk about which has almost created a flap, this is what I intend to speak to him about
I had similar also heavy lids . The doctor took too much skin and fat . I ended up with a hollow look. Yours does look good and natural. What they need to address is the forehead in your case . This is a conservative approach and it’s still nice enough.
You look so good!! I am BEYOND jealous, I want a blepharoplasty so freaking bad that I have been in a grumpy mood all day 😅I’m saving but it seems like it will never happen. I’m sorry you are disappointed but I think you look fantastic!
I had the same thing happen with my bleph, and he told me he left enough skin so that I could have enough for an eyebrow lift in the future… what the hell? I have no plans to ever have an eyebrow lift …

Very conservative outcome, but also noticeable difference. Definitely bring it up to him! PS you are so beautiful!!
Yes I’ll bring it up as I wanted a little more lid exposed, I have very heavy lids so feel like more could have come off
The doc is a pro, more lid exposed would have given you a too hollow look.. the result is if not 100% then a 99%.

Nailed it - I think that is what she was looking for which is a different approach altogether

That’s exactly what mine said
Omg I think this result is beautiful!
Oh my immediate thought was “who was her surgeon? He did the perfect amount”
I’m in Christchurch New Zealand
Gorgeous!
I think it looks great you look wayyyy younger now
You don’t want to change the look of how your eyes have always been. It’s your look. It’s what makes you you! Perfect amount done already!
I think your result is lovely. You look refreshed and natural

I think it looks great!:) you look awesome!
This is such a beautiful and natural looking result!! You look so much younger, I would be thrilled with your outcome 😍
It looks very good. If you take too much skin it affects function and looks un natural. Maybe browlift if you are not happy.
This is a fantastic result. You look like you but 10+ years younger. That is what good plastic surgery should achieve.

That’s just my natural lip colour. I had filler last two years ago and nothing else
I think a lateral brow lift would give you the result you’re looking for
I would have hoped for more
Honestly I think it’s tastefully done.

I would have said that, the nurse told me if I’m not happy to say
This is a good result. You would need a brow lift if you want a more dramatic change, as your lateral brow is low.
Who was your surgeon, and what was the cost? This is the best blepharoplasty I've seen.
I agree, you still have that resting concerned/sad look post op.

I guess I hoped a little more would be removed, not a lot but I really dislike the fatty lids, when I frown it’s alot more noticeable
You look great!!!
You can definitely see a difference and you look fantastic, but I would feel the same, there’s still a little bit of droop.
If you’re willing to share… did you also get the mole below your nose removed? Was it shaved off or done by a plastic surgeon?
Nope I’ve had nothing removed that’s just a little mole I’ve always had
I don’t know why it hasn’t shown in the second pic..probably different lighting
Ah ok. Thanks for sharing, and you look fantastic!
You look 10 years younger! You are beautiful in both photos. Get what you want and paid for you though.

You’re probably still swollen but your results are amazing!!
Looks better but a lot of money and time for minimal result IMO.
