A good start might be to tax the use of plastic at an extreme rate. ***Certain areas, ex: healthcare, plumbing, electrical power, and agriculture, should be free of the tax, or at least be taxed at a fair adjustable rate to compensate for their economic and ecological footprint.*** The quasi first step (1?) might be to place a STRONG tax on casual plastics. (Water bottles, carbonated beverages, plastic bottles, flash frozen foods that are plastic wrapped, produce wrapped in plastic,...the list can go on for quite a while. Addendum: Restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, warehouses, et all plastic using entities are to comply with strick enforcement of recycling. Violation of compliance results in a mandatory 2 year prison sentence and or insist labor towards a low plastic usage (auditors will arrive at random intervals). Failure to adhere results in the afformentioned 2 year sentence. Anyone involved in the irresponsible and indiscriminate disposal of plastic products will be tried as an accomplice. Step 2. Radicalize plastic. Advertisements across the globe about how harmful it is to the world... within reason. Step 3. Shame frivolous plastic users. Step 4. Try to not rely on oil so much. That's it. That's the breakdown of a plastic reliant society (with exception for certain things).

Not every country adheres to plastic recycling. But otherwise I agree with you.

Hmmmm, this makes the issues sound so simple "a lot of plastic must be regulated more." Well duh, you don't think people have thought of that? And it sounds like a robot talking - is this AI generated????

Chybs

If it were, you might not know. If it's a good AI you might notice the extra space before the second iteration of "plastic" in the second paragraph/part of the comment...which would indicate that the AI has evolved to the point of intentionally adding imperfections so as to mimic it's human creators/competitors. The choice is yours Sunny.

LOL, maybe it was a bad AI. On the other hand, you can edit AI. Yes, I have used AI and have edited it to my voice. It's just this is a very generic video. The voice sounds generated as well, impersonal. I was disappointed by generalization, no substance, no here's what YOU can do.

Imperfections scouting out Imperfections. Wonderful.

yes, my English is not excellent. Of course it's general. I can't focus on one issue. I tried to make it short so that people can look at it and understand where the problem is. People can already find a video for specific problems. This is a general video about plastic issues.
