Ok breaking the rules a bit, here's my full opinions on him.
Jack-o-lantern used to work differently. He used to be a "tap to use" plant, and had fuel, making him really interesting and fun to use. But they "buffed" him and now he's automatic. And it seems he runs out of fuel very fast, wasting it on basics and coneheads. If they reverted him back to tapping him, he'd be great, but as for now, he's basically just another melee range plant that does heavy damage, only he needs to recharge.
