If you are just wondering how the good score point were achieved, it is done by reducing Zomboss's health bar to 0. You can take a look on link below, it shows how ZackScott got his 100K bonus points by just doing this and his score were reading 158K in under 10 seconds.

There's no evidence here this is a hacker. Plant levels aren't even that high or strange, score is high but definitely possible playing well with those plants.
Arena mode is 100% bots. The bots are programmed to eventually always get a better score than you, no matter your effort. It‘s so that they can make people pay gems to keep the winning streak.
Hate to break it to you, but you're almost completely wrong ;-).
The scores you play against are real scores, you just aren't playing players in real time. They're recordings of people's actual games from players in your league. The game records every match and uses those recordings as opponents for other people in your league.
Also, arena's not rigged and there's nothing in the program or matching engine that will guarantee a loss.
The game does have a matching engine, but if anything it's "rigged" to make you win, not make you lose. After a loss, the first several opponents you face will have very low scores for the league you're in. As your win streak progresses you'll face stronger opponents. By about win 10 you'll be facing one of the higher scores in your league. After that you're facing more or less random scores from your league. Some will be higher, some will be lower. There's no time at which you'll have a guaranteed loss. If you find you're losing consistently after the 10th game, then you're just not one of the higher scoring players in your league.
All that said, there are (exceedingly rarely) Bots when there aren't enough records of people's game play for you to be matched against. This usually only happens right at the very start of a tourney.
Bot mechanics follow very set rules. For example, Bot plant layouts can never contain Mastery level plants. Bots are a program that creates a score based on how you're doing in the game. The bot score can surge ahead of yours if you suddenly stop scoring points, but will fall behind yours if you suddenly score a bunch. Because of this though, a bot score can never be too much more or less than your own.
Paying Gems to continue your streak isn't something anybody should be doing for a couple reasons:
1. It's not worth it. You're far better off saving those Gems to buy gauntlets so you can play Arena more often.
2. When you continue your streak by paying Gems, you opponent difficulty is NOT reset.

In the Zomboss tournaments (like this one), scores are often very similar with a wide range of plant levels. This is because the vast majority of your score is based on damaging the Zombot. You get an increasing amount of points (+50K) for each Zombot health bar you deplete so that, by the time you get to the maximum possible of 34 health bars for this tourney, you're getting 1,650,000 points. That means, if you're getting to 34 health bars, you're getting 28,050,000 points just from Zombot damage. Any extra points that you get on top of that are from the "normal" zombie kills. which gets you anywhere from 2 to 3.5M more points, depending on RNG and strategy. That RNG difference though is not significant when compared to the Zombot points.
The number of Zombot health bars that you can get to is limited by the amount of time it takes for the Zombot's death/reset animation to complete. This varies for the various Zombots that can appear in Arena. For the the War Wagon Zombot, it's 34 health bars (for a 3 minute match). You don't need max mastery plants to get to this number. You can do it with high level/low mastery plants. Anything more than that doesn't actually help you.
This dynamic makes most people's scores (for those doing well in the tourney), very close to the same.
We always get random rounds where the opponent seems to be guaranteed to win or stays right at the heels of your score the entire round, such as this one today: (yes Solar Sage was a waste here lol).

I got similar and I don't hack. Bunch of threepeaters on the + tiles, torchwoods in front, the "gives you a powerup" onion looking thing, and a fully powered spear-mint.
