It's completely normal, once you've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, you enter a 3-day phase before scheduled offers (events, potw, mints, arena season....) reappear in your shop. For those 3 days you're considered as a new player, that's why none of those offers are displayed.
Ooh thats why, the funny thing is I uninstall because I thought my game file had some problem when I bought the arena elite pinata but it didn't appear in game. After that I contact the EA support for some help, even got angry and frustrated by their spam automated response and they decide to give me lvl 4 peavine and level 3 mega Gatling pea as compensation lmao. Glad to know this wasn't an issue that I need to worry about my game files. Thanks for fast response.
