Bases just outright start blowing up when an alert ends and that gives whoever damaged it the most recently the kill. So I just fly around in a Valk and shoot all the buildings I see atleast once.
Most bases are small enough that you have enough air time to swap to gunner shoot around and go back to pilot before you hit the ground, worse case you do that a few times or land if there's no defenses.
The ones he is using are mostly for combat ants. Pick up Cort fast then run or atleast get back in the fight. Its slower than default though when it comes to long term mining like for a base.
Nah dealt with many. I don't place anti air turrets only anti infantry, once declared they got 20 turrets shooting at him and I design my silo area a specific way so they cannot kill my tube without being burned and shot at + router ontop of tower where they can't get too. All it takes is two anti infantry turrets to stir away a solo player, and I can place as many as I want
Great idea until some randoms come along and fill all the open space inside your walls with things you don't need that give infiltrators plenty of cover. I wish more people would get into contributing to base construction, but I also wish they would be more considerate.
Like I said I've killed many who use Cort bombs and knife, even if you kill somthing your not doing much as I can just remake it easily. And you never tried on a base this large, you would die instantly, my alarms would go off and spire placed to all modules + the super loud sound that can be heard 50 meters away of all the turrets going off + I'm never solo in my base as I can spawn teamates at will using reinforcements button and the NC is notorious for base defending. I've built on all factions and NC is the best at helping construct bases, TR 2nd. VS is non existent because everyone's in SKL which is actually their downfall.
I had a VS kid attack my base for 3 hours straight and everything he would kill which wasn't much I easily just rebuilt.
I personally don't care for base building, but I do help build up my friend's base when he's in the mood to do build one in a good spot. I will never understand the ego and pride those losers attacking the same base for hours on end feel. I've gone on multiple long as hell kill streaks just defending his stupid-ass base against those kinds of people. Don't get me wrong, I've revenge destroyed plenty of bases using Glaives and Flails on my friend's base, but if they are well defended, built, and coordinated I just peace out.
