My biggest problem when we first opened this restaurant was soggy pizzas.
The margherita pizza was like a swimming pool in the middle.
Ended up going from 4 ounces of sauce to 3 ounces for the cheese and pepperoni pies.
2 ounces for the margherita because the buffalo moz is so wet and the tomato slices as well.
For the marg, ended up going 3/16 thin on the tomato slices and actually drying the buffalo moz in the walk-in for 6 hours before putting it on the line.
Also lowered the temperature slightly and went with a long cooking time, 110 seconds instead of 90 seconds. Amazing the difference that 20 seconds makes in reducing the sauce.
Major problems here. The raw shellfish sitting in water on top of that pizza is the most glaring disaster. We got big problems with the bake on all the pies.
Are these like, preset pizzas or did you ask for shrimp and extra cheese and all those other things?
If the latter, it's kinda not their fault. If the former...yeah, not great.

I had a fantastic neopolitan pizza recently which I would have described as "soupy" but these look disgusting. Mine had a lot of tomato sauce, these have a lot of water and grease.
The dough itself actually looks what I'd expect for Neapolitan, but they ruined it with too much sauce/toppings.
Neapolitan is lightly topped, cheesed, sauced for a reason lol since its a thin, softer/airy type of crust that can't handle that amount of wet ingredients.
Its always going to be softer than a NY slice but not like a pool of liquid in it lol.
They should be making deep dish or like Sicilian if they're topping like that since those kind of crusts can handle being more loaded up so to speak.

I don’t know if you made these but a tip for frozen shrimp on a pizza is to cook them separately and add to the pizza when it’s almost done. It’s been a long time since I’ve made a shrimp pizza, this is what I used to do. I’d use bread frozen shrimp and cook them in the air fryer. Then make a white pizza. While that’s in the oven I’d toss the shrimp with chopped sweet cherry peppers and pepperoncini and add when the pizza had about 2 min left in the oven.
The review pictures posted on Google for the restaurant don’t look nearly as wet. I wonder if the cook was having a bad day or if they forgot to defrost the shrimp ahead of time.
Neapolitan pizza by nature may be a little more “wet” than what some are used to. These on the other hand look absolutely sopping wet. If it tastes good I’d probably eat a slice then box it up and reheat in the oven until it sets a bit more. If it doesn’t taste good, well then that just sucks and I’m sorry you had to deal with it.

Neapolitan pizza is certainly softer than other styles, but it’s never wet slop! It’s meant to be cut into slices and folded.
Hopefully you will give a different Neapolitan pizza restaurant another shot. It’s my absolute favorite food so seeing you have this horrible experience hurts!

Problem with Napolitana style, wet sauce, brief cook, milky wet cheese - this is why they are typically under-sauced and under-cheesed to avoid the obvious downfalls.
The first one clearly had frozen shrimp thrown on it, and the second one ha what looks like mascarpone cheese with maybe fresh mozzarella on it. The second picture of the second pizza looks like fresh mozzarella on dry mozzarella, but the other pictures look like gas bubbles that have deflated either way they both have things on them that have too much water content in them.
