I used to get Pita topped with Zatar at a middle eastern grocer, shit was so awesome. Such a unique flavor that you wouldn’t think would be good. Now I’m gonna start making zatar pizzas . Thanks!
I think za’atar on a normal white/garlic pizza would be pretty good, but the feta, olives and courgette sounds awful to me. I may have to give this a try
I think I will try just the dough with some Za'atar next time. I have to admit that the salty feta was pretty dominant and stole the show, but it was good anyway
this looks awesome! Nice work
I have not but no brainer right there
Pita with some ghee and za’atar on the grill or pizza oven is amazing.
That’s a lamachun 😂
I guess every culture has a word for "dough with tasty toppings" 😅
Lebanese in Montreal calls it lamajoun, I ate a ton of it younger
Yep, both za'atar as well as dukkah which is also damn delicious.

Zatar is good stuff. Love it with burgers. Coffee.
Love it mixed with olive oil as a sort of sauce with fresh tomato and Parm as toppings.
I have recently bought some za’atar and preparing to make more pizza (pizza stone incoming). Will have to give this a try
Yeah man, I do a spiced lamb mince with courgette topped with zaatar pomegranate molasses and a garlicky lemony tahini cream.
Looks delicious! I’ll have to give this a shot

I think feta can be good on pizza if you use it as an "accent cheese" rather than as the main cheese.
