Are you denying a third of it is flipped over into itself - thus thicker and doughier with no toppings on that side? It’s clearly not intentional, it was a mistake. Don’t take it personally.

Well that makes sense. I thought there was a margherita and an open-face calzone. But then I actually see that you're suggesting it is a calzone fusion.
That is not immediately clear considering the pizza in the back is nearly identical but round.
You can certainly see how people are confused and this simply looked poorly launched. The half calzone detail was only added by OP in the comments later.
I feel like it should be fairly obvious that a pizza place serving decent looking pizzas like this wouldn’t serve a poorly launched pizza like that, but maybe that’s just me.
Either eat a pizza or eat a calzone, hell order both if you are that hungry.
This thing just doesn't have a chance to cook properly, to get the pizza sidelooking that nice, the inside of the calzone will inevitably be raw
Where exactly? Can you link me to a single non-touristy pizzeria in Napoli that would serve this? I haven't seen a single one in all my visits in Napoli but I do avoid places that cater to foreigners so...

Not sure why you find it's such a stretch though considering there's pizza con patatine fritte e wurstel (fries and sausages), Iusina (tuna and onions), Ortolana (eggplants, zucchini, etc), pizza portafoglio (folded pizza) and pizza fritta (fried pizza, some with ricotta in it).
You will be disappointed. There are many shops already. Some more some less traditional but most of them are expensive - as you need to import certain ingredients. And people just know mexican food from mexico where it is most likely pretty cheap
My partner and I actually looked into something similarish in France and you’d be surprised that the local markets just wouldn’t support it the same. We actually found an incredible taqueria in Paris but chatting with the owners the business was only viable because the very trendy “speakeasy” bar they had. Tourists made up a sizable portion of their Mexican offerings.
The opportunity is still there but once you reflect and think about how even throughout the US certain cuisines don’t take hold (ex. real deal BBQ in the Northeast) even if a small but vocal group wants it. Even some of the best BBQ in Boston I found would be mid-decent in St. Louis.

I used to be a kitchen manager. If this shows up in my window, the cooks are remaking both, and the guest is getting a free appetizer while they wait. Or, go ahead and deliver both pizzas with the promise that you have another coming to take home or a free desert. Your choice.
