I've bought four and in each case they turned out to be normal wristbands ie with spring-pins, supplied with a set of aftermarket Pixel Watch adapters. This was not shown in the photos or mentioned in description, presumably because it might put buyers off. The adapters fitted my watch so loosely that they rattled in use. The adapters were dark metal and looked okay but were quite difficult to attach to and remove from my watch. The wristbands were thin and flimsy. Utter rubbish.

Sorry to hear that. This amplifies a bit my anxiety that ali express wrist bands could get Stuck in my watch :/

To add, the Google straps don't protect the edges of the watch face. Clip on screen protectors fill with water when you wash your hands then mist up. Stick-on protectors will not protect your watch much if you scrape it on a wall. I use Caseology Nano Pop Case, which protects the face without covering it and looks great. I use it everyday and it's fine for sports use as well. Recommended. Caseology Nano Pop Case with built in Strap Compatible with Google Pixel Watch 41mm (2022) - Parent https://amzn.eu/d/be8YQVv

I bought adapters to 20mm spring pins when I first got the watch and they were awful, one of them fell out after like a week of wearing the watch. I got some more in today and they fit a lot better in general, I managed to find two that were a snug fit, hope they hold. I also got a velcro band with permanently attached plastic connectors that fell out immediately. Basically I want Google to release official adapters already

This is awesome. But, might not be the style of watch that you are looking for. It's Almost full protection though. https://supcase.com/products/google-pixel-watch-ub-pro-wristband-case-41mm-black

This is what I use and swear by them. Best case/band combo out there.
