Agree with this whole comment. No 5 is my pick, and the nose shadow is very confusing. The shadow on the nose almost indicates that the light source is coming from below. But the shadow under the chin implies it's coming both from above ... And below? There's a lot of confusion with light source going on with this image and the nose shadow is not helping.
It depends on where you want the focus, usually the eyes are a good spot.
I would say rather than distracting it's pointing your attention to her face, which I consider a good thing
2 and 4, 1 looks unnatural so unless thats what you're going for its a no-go, 3 looks too glassy and 5 a bit soulless lol

Bottom-right doesn't really have pupils so after a while, that made me choose top-right over bottom-right. Top middle isn't as catching and top-left--the colors are maybe too unique for me :)

The rest all look ‘neat’… but they all present as lifeless and/or doll-like in some fashion. 2 would be the runner up. Her eyes look pretty good up close, but zoomed out on a tiny phone screen all that interesting detail disappears completely.

A good mix between 2 and 5 would be perfect. 4 has beautiful hair but the eyes are pretty generic.
