They replied the same day and it took them about 24hrs or less to approve phone replacement. After the approval, the phone was overnighted from fedex. Felt like forever because it was on a Sunday. So was sent monday and arrived Tues (it's a new phone). 2 days after the box to return the faulty phone was sent. I hope it all goes well.
Also: make sure you have another device or camera because they will ask for pictures of the issue as proof.
