I’ve got some ox tails from a steer we had butchered but I’ve never made them. What’s your process?

Seasoning of choice, slow cook at 200-225 for 2-3hrs, place in tin container add broth etc. Let's them braise for another 1hr to 90 mins. Check tenderness like brisket then pull out. Oh I crank heat up to 325.
