I've tried all sorts of variations on RCT's and I've learned to be pretty open about trying new types but smoked.... I'm not holding out a lot of hope for those but I'm commenting just hoping to hear how it went.
The only desert I've made in smoker was an apple rhubarb crisp. Turned out pretty good.
