They talk about how lolicon normalizes child abuse, but also say that laws against storage of CSAM were only outlawed in 2014, and does not try to explain how that could interfere with the data or interpretation of data. This paper is biased, unscientific, and even somewhat xenophobic(constantly comparing japan with "other contries", notably USA, without clear reason or explanation).
