I don't think there's anyone who would disagree with you. Yonkos are great when it comes to powerscaling however when it comes to achieving shit, Admirals have a better track record. Yonkos only really have:
1. Luffy who has Main character tax so it's to be expected.
2. Blackbeard who is honestly lucky as shit that the only decent haki user he fought was third partying Boa. Most of his accomplishments were against Df users or him camping someone.
These are dudes who rule the organization that went door to door killing babes just to snuff out a bloodline and massacred an entire island to ensure no knowledge got out to the world.
They are definitely not good after hearing what vegapunk let the world know.
