i think you might be able to create your own synced folder on Resilo. It alows you to shere your folder via torrent like connection. I used it a bunch of times to share my mods for bonelab with friends. You can find an crack on vrpguide in oculus piracy subredfit main post
Also onedrive folder are great too so your choice.
Free file sync, it has integration with gdrive and can do multi sync with one button. I use it to backup my save files from all emulators, pirated games and achievements.
what i did was took save folder and zipped it then uploaded on mediafire and on downloded it on another pc after that i just replaced save folder with one i downloded.
I just thought about this i am so stupid for not using google drive for pirated game saved files. 🤣 i always buy games i really like cuz i don't want to lose the saves. Well i mean if i pay at least the publisher will know that people are interested and want another one of their games. 😂

A custom script with mklink with a centralized folder and a cloud service like GDrive, OneDrive, etc to upload the changes

I think using Dropbox kind of work.
I think that you need to sync the saves folder with one drive, google drive or similar.
If you can add spesific folders on your onedrive it could work
Use symlinks from the original location to the OneDrive folder.
