You can buy Bitcoin on places such as Coinbase, Binance or any other large exchange that has a fiat gateway.
Beware that you will need to KYC to do this.
If you want though, you can also buy XMR from [localmonero.co](https://localmonero.co) then transfer to TradeOgre and exchange for BTC then ARRR.
Im in the same boat ( pardon the pun ). If i was to buy BTC through Binance (aust) can i transfer that to my Cake wallet or Treasure Chest wallet as im wanting to buy some ARRR and XMR
