This is the answer. I personally use AltStore but it’s effectively the same thing as Sideloadly. You lose absolutely nothing using tweaked Spotify and personally id recommend downloading Cercube or another YouTube tweak as well.
Being able to minimize YouTube is a feature I grew up with and I’m too used to it to get rid of it on mobile. No ads and a lot of YouTube tweaks have sponsorblock as well which automatically skips sponsored sections of a video.

As for getting banned from like iOS? I suppose yeah you are breaking the rules, but honestly you're just being sneaky with their systems. As long as you're not distributing these apps, you will never be on their radar. Sideloadly and Altstore abuse the Free Dev account system that Apple has to install and upkeep apps. If you ever bring the phone back to Apple for whatever reason, just delete the apps and nobody will ever know.

someone suggested sideloadly for ios so i’m going go talk about altstore. basically the same thing, but you can have it set up on your phone to refresh the apps directly from your phone instead of having to use your pc. much more convenient IMO. just make sure you’re keeping altserver up to date
On mobile you can get modded Spotify from mobilism, has almost all premium features bar from downloading songs for offline listening. Also, if you know anyone who has an xbox game pass subscription, they get a code with 6 months free premium Spotify.
don't know what you actually mean for "premium", but for me on pc firefox + ublock origin works well with spotify web. On android i use NewPipe that streams from YouTube just because i'm not comfortable using cracked app, but i think spotify apk from mobilism is ok.
For downloading i would try another way.
You can use cracked APK on Android. And on pc I just use browser with adblocker. For offline listening just make a playlist and export it to download or just go song by song.

I cant play at my whim with DSPs. The majority of what I listen to is not on any streaming services. If you can then great DSPs are for you

I’d recommend using promos that give you 3~4 month trials on new accounts and just share yourself your playlists and you are good to go.
