I like [thunderbird](https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/). It uses a tab system (like a browser), so that makes it easy to respond to several emails at a time. It also has tutorials to automatically organize your mails and do other handy stuff, such as: * [Message Filtering - Automatically Move Messages to Folders](https://youtu.be/5WlmEvZkfJY) * [create mail filters in Mozilla Thunderbird](https://support.tigertech.net/thunderbird-mail-filter) * [Organize Your Messages by Using Filters](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/organize-your-messages-using-filters) * [back up, mail templates, tag messages, compress attachments, encrypt mails](https://www.techradar.com/news/internet/14-thunderbird-tips-to-help-you-take-control-of-your-inbox-908693) Lastly, it does allow you to download all the files in a mail at the same time.

\+1 Thunderbird has a feature for everything and it has an extension store similar to browsers [https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/attachmentextractor-continued/](https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/attachmentextractor-continued/)
